Founder

Apex Delta founder Amanda Denery is driven by a singular passion: making things better. If it can be done faster, with better accuracy, using fewer resources, Amanda will figure out how. Originally from rural New York, Amanda lived there, Florida, Virginia, Texas, and North Carolina all during childhood. As an adult, she continued exploring the United States, living and working in Raleigh, New York City, Los Angeles, and eventually basing herself in Nashville where she can take in live music and travel internationally.

Amanda is a veteran of the notoriously complex music & entertainment licensing/royalties industries, where millions of dollars can be at stake based on contractual compliance. She spent nearly a decade developing processes and programs that created major efficiencies for labels like Sanctuary Records, Universal Music Group and Big Machine Label Group and ensured timely, accurate payment to their artists and copyright holders.

Her career focus on the finer points of contractual agreements led her into compliance auditing, working with industry leaders like Disney Consumer Products and Sanrio. Her analytical mindset and understanding of database architecture made her a valuable asset in dozens of consumer product licensing audits each year, where she helped monitor and report findings of non-compliance.

Amanda formed Apex Delta while pursuing her MBA at Belmont University, which she achieved in 2021. With her vast knowledge of compliance auditing and a creative approach to problem-solving, Amanda has been able to make a significant impact in the fintech industry. Her attention to detail, passion for technology, and commitment to creating positive change make her a standout leader in her field.
